In 2.7 miles, you will reach Rt 77, also known as Ocean House Road. Bear left, passing a grocery store and pizza shop, and soon enter a long straight section of riding with nice wide shoulders. Just over 2 miles from where you turned onto Rt 77, you’ll see a sign for Two Lights State Park. Here the road to the park bears left (Shown as blue line on map.) This is a nice side trip, as the rocky shoreline is distinctly different than the white sands of Crescent Beach, your next destination. Rt 77 now sweeps right and becomes what is known locally as Bowery Beach Road. You’ll pass a large inn on the left, then some impressive strawberry fields before arriving at the entrance road to Crescent Beach State Park (entrance fee required Memorial Day through Columbus Day). A .2 mile ride will take you to the beach.
